PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Automatically controls mirror return (open) and retraction (close) in conjunction with door lock/unlock operations. Only responds when the engine is stopped (ACC off or engine key removed), so even if equipped with vehicle speed-linked door lock function, the mirror will not open/close with this feature. If manually closed and door is locked after engine stop, automatic open will not occur on subsequent unlock. This design prevents the mirror from opening unintentionally when parking in tight spaces. For vehicles where the manual mirror open/close switch is fixed to either open or close position, it is also possible to switch to ACC (IG for Honda vehicles) linked instead of unlock linked.
