How to Buy Car Parts from Japan

Mobieco buys Japanese car parts on your behalf and ships them to Malaysia. You do not need a Japanese address, a Japanese bank account, or any Japanese language — you send us a link, we handle the rest. Here is the whole process.

1. Send us the listing

Paste the URL of any Japanese listing — Yahoo Auctions Japan, Mercari, Upgarage or a Japanese parts shop — into a purchase request, along with the most you are willing to pay and whether you want sea or air freight.

2. We send you a quotation

Usually within 24 hours. The quotation covers the item price, Japanese domestic delivery to our warehouse, international shipping to Malaysia, and our service and handling fees. Nothing is purchased until you accept it, and the amount you approve is the amount you pay.

3. Top up your wallet and accept

Fund your Mobieco wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (online banking via FPX) or Japanese Yen, then accept the quotation. For auctions we bid on your behalf up to your limit — if we win for less, you pay less.

4. We buy and consolidate in Japan

We purchase the part, receive it at our warehouse in Japan, check it, and consolidate it with other items heading to Malaysia so you share the freight cost.

5. Shipping to Malaysia

Sea freight is the economical choice for heavy items such as wheels, bumpers, engines and body panels. Air freight is available when you need the part sooner. You can follow the shipment from your dashboard.

6. Delivery or collection

When the shipment arrives we notify you, and the part is either delivered to your address or collected from our Malaysian warehouse.
