PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Automatically controls mirror return (open) and retraction (close) in conjunction with door lock/unlock operations. Only responds when the engine is stopped (ACC off or engine key removed), so even if the vehicle is equipped with vehicle-speed-linked door lock function, the mirror will not open/close with this function. If manually closed and the door is locked after engine stop, automatic opening will not occur on subsequent unlocks. This feature prevents the mirror from opening unintentionally when parking in tight spaces. For vehicles with a fixed door mirror manual open/close switch on either "open" or "close", it is also possible to set operation to ACC-linked (IG-linked for Honda vehicles) instead of unlock-linked.
