PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Automatically controls mirror return (open) and retraction (close) in conjunction with door lock/unlock. Reacts only when the engine is stopped (ACC off or engine key removed), so even if equipped with vehicle speed-linked door lock function, the mirror will not open/close with this feature. If manually closed and door is locked after engine stop, automatic open will not occur on subsequent unlocks. This feature is designed to prevent the mirror from opening unexpectedly when parking in tight spaces. On vehicles with manual mirror open/close switches fixed to either open or close position, ACC (IG on Honda vehicles) linking instead of unlock linking is also possible.
