PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Automatically controls mirror return (open) and retraction (close) in conjunction with door lock/unlock operations. Reacts only when the engine is stopped (ACC off or engine key removed), so even if the vehicle is equipped with speed-linked door lock function, the mirror will not open/close with this function. If manually closed and the door is locked after engine stop, automatic opening will not occur on subsequent unlocking. This feature prevents mirrors from inadvertently opening when parking in tight spaces. For vehicles with fixed manual mirror open/close switches, ACC (IG for Honda vehicles) linking is also possible instead of unlock linking. Manual open/close operation can be performed as usual.
