This function only activates when the engine is stopped (ACC off or engine key removed), so even if the vehicle is equipped with vehicle speed-linked door lock function, the mirror will not open/close with this function. If you manually close and then lock the door after stopping the engine, automatic opening will not occur on the subsequent unlock. This feature is designed to prevent the mirror from opening unexpectedly when parking in tight spaces.
