For Subaru 360 R-2, etc., replacing the dynamo with an alternator to solve charging problems during traffic is a standard product. However, if you simply install the commonly distributed V-belt pulley type as is, the alternator will consume power and noticeably reduce acceleration. Therefore, we have implemented measures to reduce the alternator load by enlarging the pulley diameter (φ90 cast iron). Of course, we also use a rebuilt alternator, so installation will not compromise the engine's appearance. The mounting bracket is not handmade; it is NC-machined and plated.
