This is a set of 2 clamps that secure the heater hoses in the engine bay (leading to the heater core inside the cabin). As the engine undergoes repeated cycles of high temperature and cooling, plastic-related parts in the engine bay deteriorate over time. When they deteriorate and crack, they can no longer securely hold the hoses in place. If you have never replaced these since the vehicle was new, inspection and replacement are recommended.
